Sports-based movies are always a joy to watch as behind every story is a long journey of struggle, a journey that was everything but not as easy as one would expect.

In the film, Jaya Nigam who was once the captain of the Indian National Kabaddi team is now all messed up in family life. She has to quit her game after she became a mother of a baby boy Adi.
She was living a fairly happy life and works as a ticket vendor at Bhopal railway station. But life has other plans for her when her son comes to know about her past, that she was a champion player of kabaddi, he urges her to get back to playing ways.
She too was itching from inside to make a comeback and needed just a slight push which was provided by her son Adi. But thinking of a comeback and making one are two different parallels, especially at the age of 32 when most of the players resort to retirement.
Panga is Directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, and the director came up with a perfect film to embrace feminism. The film beautifully depicts the struggles of a female athlete who has to find a balance between professional and personal life.

Panga Movie Story
