You know your film is going to probably do well when the folks at THE ASYLUM feel the need to release their version of the story a few days or weeks ahead of your film.
This month they have released I AM OMEGA ahead of I AM LEGEND and today brings the news that come 1/15/08 you be able to head to your local video haunt and pick up MONSTER before you go check out CLOVERFIELD on 1/18/08.
THE ASYLUM has found themselves an interesting little niche doing this an their films are always well, interesting.
Shot in the same style as CLOVERFIELD (shaky hand held cam) and featuring a city being demolished by a huge monster THE ASYLUM once again strikes while the iron is hot.
Funny thing is, this one really don't look that bad.
