Justin Long, best known in our beloved genre for his work in the Jeepers Creepers films, has just signed on to star opposite Alison Lohman in Sam Raimi's return to horror, Drag Me to Hell.
Variety reports: Raimi and his brother Ivan penned the screenplay, a morality tale about
the unwitting recipient of a supernatural curse. Long will play the
boyfriend of Lohman's character.
Long's come quite a ways from his early work, growing into a likeable
presence (despite all those damned computer ads). And with this
being Raimi's return to full-fledged horror after a two-decade-long
absence, what's not to love?
