A man who’s wife just died is approached by a specialist in EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomena), a technique that could allow him to speak with his dead wife one last time.
White Noise (2004) Review:
The movie is built around the use of EVP to talk to the dead. This an original concept that I haven’t really see in any other movie. Thereee is a nice scientific aspect to this movie which renders the story credible. However, behind the excitation of the original idea, the movie is a very conventional ghost story, with some good creepy moments, but also a lot of cheap “boo” scares. Still, the paranormal atmosphere is pretty oppressive and managed to scare me a couple of times. Recommended to those who like ghost stories and scientists!
