Introduction to Office Shiva
An intelligent Bureau officer Shiva (Mahesh Babu) helps people when they are in need by spying on their messages and calls. To listen to the phone calls of needing one he made a software. On 16th March at night, he listens that a young girl Charlie wish to get 98%marks in the exams to get the scholarship in the USA with her friend hence she decides to date a guy get the concentration. Shiva started following her and she falls for him but he doesn’t.
Murder of 2 Girls
On the next incident on the night of 28 April a girl seeking help from her friend as she is alone at home and there is no electricity. Then Shiva sends his friend Renuka( Himaja) to help that girl. But on the very next day, Shiva comes to know from news channels that both the ladies had been killed, undressed and chopped into small pieces and mixed together. Shiva feels devastated and blames himself that he was not able to help them and send Renuka and resigned from his job but his father tells him that he should investigate how the ladies get killed. He agrees and starts working on it.

One day Shiva finds that a guy followed Charlie at the cafe. An old man of the village revealed Bhairavudu’s (S J Surya) past that he is suffering from the disorder called sadistic personality disorder in which he desires to kill people and enjoy when their relatives grieve for them.

One day the villager decides to burn Bhairavudu’s house to punish him but ib that his parents got killed and he became angrier and leaves the village but continues killing innocent people for no reason. Here Shiva manages to catch his younger brother (Bharath). Meanwhile, Bhairavudu confesses that he killed 23 people and hide their bodies in the 23 pillars of the bridge and threatens people to leave his brother otherwise he will destroy a hospital.

Shiva kills Bhairavudu’s brother in front of him and the other 40 families. Now the angry Bhairavudu plans to kill Shiva’s family. Once Shiva gets a call from her mother saying that there is no electricity in their house whereas everyone in the area has. Exactly the same situation where Charlie gets killed. Somehow Shiva manages to save his mother and family with the help of his workmate. Angry Bhairavudu after failing to kill Shiva’s family tries to kill Shiva on his way but fails and Bhairavudu escape later from new technology and with the help of few women Shiva traces Bhairavudu and arrests him but he reveals that he has already planned a big rock fall on one of city’s hospital.

Charlie is aware of the name of the hospital but did not tell Shiva due to some misunderstanding hence Shiva follow her taxi and reached that hospital and starts evacuating patients from there and saved many lives. Eventually, Shiva killed Bhairavudu and feels happy to kill a monster like him.
