DCP Darai Singham
A movie begins in Andhra Pradesh assembly with a heating debate on the prolong pending murder cases of city police commissioner of Vishakhapatnam, Ramakrishna (Jaya Prakash), K Satyanarayana Reddy(Sarath Babu) Home Minister of Andhra Pradesh suggested in assembly to bring and appoint DCP Durai Singam (Suriya) from Tamil Nadu police to solve the mystery of the case and to reach to the culprit. Singam comes to know about Madhusudhana Reddy( Sharat Saxena) a don who is dictating and ruling Andhra Pradesh and he secretly stars investigating the case in his own ways. Here a journalist Vidya (Shruti Hassan) also started following Singam for her undercover story. She disguised herself in IPS Trainee to Singam. Singam publicly announced that he divorced his wife Kayva (Anushka Shetty). But he used to contact her secretly and meet her. Later after the suspicious Subba Rao(Robo Shanker) comes to know that he didn’t divorce his wife just pretending in that way for her safety of life from his enemies.
The Australian Indian Businessman
Here Singam for the further investigation meets ACP Krishnaraj’s driver Mallya (Jeev Ravi) and the teacher (Joe Malloori). Malloori tells Singam how his daughter passed away due to the burning wastes toxic smoke from an Australian in a nearby dumping ground. Then Singam comes to know that the young Australian Indian businessman Vittal Prasad (Thakur Anoop Singh) is behind all this. He more finds out that Vittal is a cruel and ruthless man but very wealthy. Vittal also supervises Reddy and his assistant Rajeev (Kamlesh). Singam also discovers that when Ramakrishna tries to expose their truth to media he got killed by Reddy and when attempts to catch reddy his men kill the teacher.
Singam Visits Australia
Now for further investigation and to know more about Vittal Singam and Kaya go to Australia and collect some important data from Vittal’s company and escaped from Vittal and comes to India again. And here three people surrender in court as guilty to Ramakrishnan murder. But sadly Singam gets fired from CBI, but the Home Minister appoints him as DCp of Vishakhapatnam. Here Vidya is madly in love with Singam but hearts break when she comes to know that Singam, is already married to kavya hence she decided to help Singam in his mission. She meets Vittal and he kidnapped him but she is saved by Singam. It is further investigation he kills Raddy and issues an arrest warrant on Vittal but Vittal is all set to fly to Malaysia but his passport was blocked and he gets arrested by Singam.
Vittal Threats Singham
When Singam arrests Vittal he threats Singam that within two hours he will get free and within 36 hours he will destroy Singam’s hometown Thoothukudi. Singam makes a plan to kill Vittal by pretending it as an accident and he successfully kills him and accomplished his mission Vishakhapatnam. Hence he reinstated in CBI and appointed as DCP in Thoothukudi. Six months later when Kayva is pregnant Singam is again called for a mission assigned by Ramanathan(VIjaykumar) the home minister of Tamil Nadu.
Review of Singham 3
Directed and written by Hari and produced by Dhaval Jayanthilal Gada and K E Ganeval Raja Singam 3 is a sequel of Singam and it is an action thriller movie. It’s an awesome 2017 Tamil language masala film. Suriya’s one of my favorite Kollywood actors after Rajinikanth. But I hate Shruti Hassan as her acting is of no great shakes. I believe that you should also watch this movie, but only when you’re free and as a family, not alone. It should have a sequel and it should be nice.
But, of course, Singam 4 is also going to be released but nobody knows when? The movie is good. Suriya Sir’s and Thakur Anoop Singh’s acting, story, comedy scenes, and good locations. BGM by Harris Jayaraj was also awesome. Good dialogues. Fights scenes were over the top but still, you feel pumped after watching the action Scene was too much over the top in interval scene. Too much editing made some action scenes funny. The fast screenplay, songs placement. The movie is a good entertainer and can be watched by Mass audience.
Starcast Performance
Suriya is a brilliant actor and he proves it with his very performance here playing a cop he steals all the show and acted perfectly. Shruthi Hassan though has not much to do in the movie but she made and register her performance in the movie very well.
