For most horror fans, The Descent (review) is probably one of the most anticipated movie releases of the summer. Lionsgates will be releasing it in theaters everywhere on August 4th, but if you don't have the patience or a region-free dvd player, Fangoria is offering a unique and truly amazing opportunity to see the film early. Fangoria Entertainment, Big Screen Events and Lionsgate will present a Sneak Preview of the highly anticipated upcoming theatrical The Descent. The Sneak Preview will be only one night Wednesday, July 26 at 8pm in forty-seven theaters around the county and will include special content for this screening only. The special content will be hosted by Fangoria editor Tony Timpone and will not be shown in theaters again. Remember seating is limited, so buy your tickets ahead of time.
If you are lucky enough to live near one of these 47 theaters, please make time to catch one of these advanced screenings. Fango puts a lot of effort into organizing these events and the more successful they are, increases the likelihood that future events will continue and possibly be seen on a grander scale.
