Cold Prey (2006) Review:
I really was not taken with that movie; I found it a very basic slasher…with a Norvegian twist! The villain, which is usually the highlight in this type of movie (Halloween, Friday the 13th, etc) is here very….boring! And the sad part is that you know who it is going to be from the beginning. Apart from the fact that it happens in a snow environment, there are not many innovative things in this movie. I was bored after 20 min but, having heard good things about it, I kept expecting. Unfortunately, nothing really happened but people hiding in stupid places, being found and getting killed. It was a long time since I did not enjoy a movie at this point…I am almost thankful as it makes me appreciate the other slashers!
