Full Story of Kong: Skull Island
The Giant Ape
American pilot Hank Marlow and Japanese pilot Gunpei Ikrai whoa er fighters of two World war II in 1944 parachute into an island of the south pacific after the dogfighting indulge into very close combat but the giant ape interrupted their fight. Bill Randa a US government agent in 1973 hires James Conard, a former British Special Air Service Captain who is a greatly skilled tracker. He guided an expedition of a map of recently discovered Island which is known as Skull Island. They are accompanied by Lieutenant Colonel Packard and his subordinates. Mason Weaver who is an anti-war photographer joins them as he believes that the expedition is a secret military operation and it needs to be exposed.
Packard Arrives at Island
When Packard and his team arrived at Skull Island they started dropping seismic explosives which are developed by Houston Brooks, Randa’s seismologist for proving Brook’s hollow earth theory and existence if an island. The same ape from 1944 attacked their air unit dispersed the survivors across the island. The Packard reorganized with some survivor which includes Rando also. Later on, Packard confronts Randa and he reveals his association with secret government organization Monarch and he also reveals the plan of using the expedition to prove monsters existence. Packard group moves towards Major Jack Chapman, Packards right hand whose plane crash-landed somewhere else. Here the other groups of survivors which is led by Conrad trying to meet resupply team arriving in three days.
The Skullcrawlers
Conard’s group finally reaches and meet the local Iwi natives and an old Marlow who tells them that the ape is KONG and he is the guardian of the island. Marlow also tells them that Kong is worshipped as God by the natives as the safeguards and protects them from many predators which include two-legged lizard-like subterranean monster dubbed Skullcrawlers. He reveals that Kong destroyed the air unit because some bombs brought them on to the surface. The Skullcrawlers killed Kong’s ancestors and he is only remaining ape from its kind. He also informed that he and Ikari became friends but he was also killed by Skullcrawlers some time ago.
The Skullcrawlers attacked Chapman. Marlow gets help from Conard’s group for completing building a boat from the parts of Marlow’s and Ikari’s downed plane. With the help of the boat, the ride to the river and communicates with the group of Packard. Now Packard insists a search for Chapman hence Marlow leads them to the massive grave but it was attacked by the same Skullcrawler and kills Chapman. When Packard comes to know about Chapman’s death he discloses his plan to kill kong for taking revenge for his fallen men.
Kong A Peaceful Ape
Now they parted themselves into two groups one is led by Packard for retrieving weapons from Chapman’s chopper and the other group who is Non militarily sent back to the boat. While they are moving the path ahead Cornard and Weaver encounter the Kong closely and observed and felt his calm and peaceful nature hence the change their mind to kill him. Here Packard’s group tempt kong by the remaining seismic charges. Marlow, Cornard, and Weaver arrives there and tell soldiers to leave Kong but Packard denied. Packard is crushed by Kong as a massive Skullcrawlers arrives from the river.
Kong fights with the Skullcrawlers with the help of human and gets the victory. The survivors leave the Island. Here Marlow returns home and reunites with his wife and a son to whom he is meeting for the very first time and watches Chicago Cubs games on television. Cornard and Weaver detained and recruited by the Monarch and they were informed by Brooks and San lee that Kins is not the only the monster king, there are many Godzilla, Mothra, Rodan, and King Ghidorah.

Instead of dying the film in the glory of its superstars, Roberts chooses a more conservative approach and presents an intelligent, albeit truncated, the rivalry between a man and the unknown with admirable expertise. His clever and metaphorical use of the Vietnam war as an enforcer and the heart of the story with the color orange and heavy, destructive artillery is endearing and gives the movie legs to compete as a worthy adventure-action featurette.
