Full Movie Story of Zero Movie

Bauua Meets Aafiya

The movie begins with Bauua Singh (Shahrukh Khan) who is short in height measuring only 4’8 who lives in Meerut with his parents. Despite of the short height is not not living a complex life he is a kind of a man who lives his life at fullest but his only worry is he is not getting a groom for marriage but one day through a matrimonial agency and with the great luck he meets Aafia (Anushka Sharma) and finds an apt companion in her. Aafia is a scientist in NSAR and with the disability of Cerebral Palsy who is wheelchaired all the time. Both started meeting and eventually fall in love with each other. But Bauua dumps her after the relationship of five months and poor Aafia waiting for him and Bauua’s parents want him to marry Aafia hence they fixed his marriage with her.

The Dance Competition

Now their marriage is fixed and every preparation is done but on the day of their marriage, Bauua’s best friend Guddu ( Mohammed Zeeshan Ayub) comes to Bauua and tells him that he has been shortlisted for the dance competition to which he has applied for. Bauua got very excited and thrilled to hear that as the winner of the competition will get chance to meet Babita Kumari ( Katrina Kaif) a superstar Bollywood actress and he is one of the biggest fans of her and he doesn’t want to miss the opportunity to meet her hence he runs away from his wedding.

Bauua Wins The Dance Competition

Here Bauua wins that dance competition and gets a chance to meet Babita and other Bollywood actors. Babita is very impressed by Bauua’s ability to read the minds of others hence she offered a job to him which he happily accepted. Bauua helps her in the patch up with her ex-boyfriend Aditya Kapoor (Abhay Deol) who has cheated on her earlier. Once Bauua tells Babita about Aafia a she made a false story to make him realize his mistake of leaving Aafia. After this Bauua realizes his mistake and wanted to return back to Aafia.

Aafiya Refuses to Meet Bauua

Bauua comes to know that Aafia is in New York for attending a seminar so he too travels to New York with Guddu to meet her. But Aafia refuses to meet him. Then her father tells Bauua that Aafia is pregnant with his child and that’s why he wants him to marry him but Aafia is not in the mood to meet him. Before leaving from there Bauua wants to try his luck once again. Bauua enrolls himself in the program recruiting human volunteers to sent to Mars in the rocket. He takes training from there.

And then the rocket launching day arrives and on the same day Aafia is supposed to marry a scientist Srinivasan (R. Madhavan) but after knowing about the launch of rocket she reaches NSAR and meets Bauua who tells her that he always loved her and will always love her. And she witnessed the rocket launch.

Review of Zero Movie

Directed by Aanand L Rai Zero is a romantic movie. Technically nothing, but can scare you, twist your life around, and change it forever when you start from the ground up - from nothing. Only an actor like SRK could have essayed the conflicting shades of this character. Too much to pick in Bauaa, and yet, that optimism and brave heart of his are what makes him likable. A lot of people will say Khan has done all of this before. I disagree though. He has never before played a dwarf (in fact, no Bollywood actor has) AND still romanced a qualified scientist way out of his league.

Starcast Performance

SRK makes this character charming and someone you empathize with, at least towards the end. This movie proves why he will always remain the undisputed King of Romance. Anushka Sharma as Aafia plays the role with restraint, consistency, and depth. A lot could have gone wrong with portraying cerebral palsy, but she makes it empowering rather than something to feel sorry for, which is the way it should be. Katrina Kaif TOO acted decently in this movie, for once, after long!! Now we know she can do more than just dance on item songs.

Story Review

Don’t try and go looking for logic. You will find none, at many, many junctures in the film. For instance, Bauaa’s magical ability to make stars fall off from the sky.

Music Review

Ajy and Atul are the music composer of the movie there are seven songs in the movie sung by Sukhwinder Singh, Divya Kumari, Abhay Jodhpurkar, Raja Kumari, Bhoomi Trivedi, Kunal Ganjawala and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan. The song Tanha Hua sung by Rahat Fateh Ali Kahn is a very soulful song.
