Murad’s Passion For Music

A young college going student Murad( Ranveer Singh) is living in the slums of Mumbai called Dharavi. He is living with his parents there, he loves his mother the most but there is always a kind of hate feeling for his father because he misbehaves with his mother ofter, beating her, using abusing language for her. one day his father Aftaab (Vijay Raaz ) gets married again with a much younger girl and brings her in the same house and his mother and he gets shocked to see this. Murad’s Love Life

Safeena (Alia Bhatt) is Murad’s longtime Girlfriend and she is an aspiring surgeon and both of them love each other the most and Safeena secretly meets him daily as her parents didn’t know about Murad. During the music video, Murad And Sky came closer and shared an intimate time. later when Safeena came to know about this she reacted very violently and breaks a glass bottle on Sky’s head but when police asked Sky about the incident she did not take Safeena’s name. and after this incident, Safeena and Murad fight and break up with each other. Here Murad left his father’s house with his mother due to his father’s bad behavior with his mother and go to his maternal uncle’s house for shelter and starts working for him full time.

Here Sky expresses her love and her feeling to Murad but Murad denied her because he still loves Safeena the most. hence Murad decides to meet and reconcile with Safeena again as he can’t live without her so he met her in her house at night by climbing her building pipe and both forgive each other.
