A Ressurection Review:

A Resurrection is one of those movies that you decide to watch when you just need some basic entertainment, and not care about anything else. Having Mischa Barton as the main actress, I long hesitated before watching it because, apart for playing the role of a troubled teenager (i.e. the OC), I never found her to be a very good actress. 90 minutes later, I wasn’t any more convinced.

The trailer didn’t look that bad, but the plot really lacks excitement and surprise. You can see that they have tried to find an original story using witchcraft as the theme, but unfortunately, they did not use it well enough to make something good out of it. Again, A Ressurection feels like another one of these teen movies just made to please a young (cheap) public.
