Bhaskar - The Rowdy Businessman
Bhaskar (Arvind Swamy) is a rowdy businessman and a business tycoon and he is a single parent also. Rangaswamy (Nassar) is his father who is a retired businessman and after his retirement, Bhaskar his son took over his business. His way of doing business is very rowdy and rude and his personality is very dense. And due to his this nature and behavior people give him the name that id Rascal. His wife has passed away leaving a son behind Aakash ( Master Raghavan). The Shivani ( Baby Nainika) and Raghavan both study in the same class. Shivani likes Bhaskar very much and she treats him like a father figure as her mother is also a single parent.
Shivani Meets Bhaskar
Anu (Amla Paul) is Shivani’s mother and once she meets Bhaskar in school. Once Bhaskar and his son Aakash both go to attend the felicitation ceremony and in that event, renowned actress Kalyani( Nikesha Patel) is a chief guest. Before Bhaskar’s arrival, she reveals about her love interest who is a businessman and single parent. Meanwhile, Bhaskar arrives there and the media assumes that Bhaskar is the man about whom Kalyani is talking about and they started shooting questions on him and he thought they are asking about the beer brand Kalyani and he gives some statement which goes viral.
Bhaskar Tries to Clarify
When Kalyani’s love interest learns about this he immediately separates from her. Then Bhaskar meets Kalyani’s love interest to sort out things and clarify the situation but her love interest insulted him and Bhaskar in anger yelled very badly on him and all the incident is covered by media. Here Anu does not like whatever is happening and dislikes Bhaskar but she likes Aakash very much.
Once Shivani fought with a boy in school when he is trying to mock Aakash on his father’s controversy hence Bhaskar encourages her to be outspoken and aggressive when Any learns this she gets angry on Bhaskar. Any scolds Shivani and tells her the story his she lost her Father Sanjay (Aftaab Shivdasani). She explained to her that aggression and violence is not a good thing and because of this only Sanjay has lost his life. He was shot by a goon due to his aggression and she does not want to happen the same thing again in her life.
Sanjay Comeback
Now Shivani and Aakash want both their parents to get married and tries to arrange their meetings too. Bhaskar started liking Anu but Anu is ignoring him. Then on Shivani’s birthday party where only Bhaskar and Aakash are invited there comes Sanjay. Afterward, Anu reveals the truth that Sanjay is a sharpshooter and she killed her friend’s father also who was a scientist and stole a hard disk which contains the details and locations of plutonium mines in the country. Later on, Anu was shocked to learn all this and she says that he used her for his mission and also seduced her which resulted in pregnancy then Anu gives birth to Shuvani.
Anu Accepts Bhaskar’s Marriage Proposal
Also, Anu accepts the marriage proposal of Bhaskar but on the very last minutes, she changed her mind and decides to shift to Canada with Shivani. Meanwhile, Sanjay’s parents come to Anu and request her to go to Kolkata and give the hard disk to Sanjay as their life is in danger due to that. She goes to Kolkata with Sanjay, Bhaskar, and kids. All of sudden Sanjay’s father arrives there and kidnap the kids and demand the hard disk. Bhaskar fights them all and in that fight, Sanjay and his father got killed.

Directed by Siddique and produced by M Harshini Bhaskar Oru Rascal is a masala action movie. The movie is just average and one time watch. It has nothing new and creative. As far as the story is concerned it is very cliche and there which can excite the audience to watch and love the movie. Hence it is just a time pass movie which one can see just once.
Starcast Performance
Arvind Swamy is a great actor who proved his talent in over two decades. But his charm is still as it is as it was years ago. His screen presence is the only interesting thing in the movie.
Amla Paul a young beautiful promising actress mainly works in Malayalam movies has done many movies. Initially, she fails to get recognition but after doing a movie called Mynaa she gained immense popularity and fame.
