The Announcement of Mumbai Police Commissioner
Commissioner of Mumbai Police Ajay Bhardwaj announces the end of the Mafia Raj in the city, However, a ruthless Vijay Surya comes to the city, aspiring to be the most powerful Mafia Don there. He stays in the Dharavi with his friend, he is introduced to a local politician Laalu, who is in trouble and offers him help. Surya recruits a portion of gangster led by Naseer work under him, Surya wins Laalu’s friendship when Surya’s Henchman Shakeel kills a witness of Laalu’s crimes. Surya promises Dharavi’s local to clear all their debts and Surya’s men Rob the original copies of the loan documents in the local branch of Bank of Maharashtra and destroy the bank records. He slowly becomes both popular and feared as an extortionist, while Dharavi locals praise him as their savior.
Surya Falls in Love with Chitra
Surya makes Ajay Bhardwaj’s daughter Chitra fall for him, However, by the time Surya realizes that he truly loves her. But Chitra starts hating him when she comes to know about Surya’s reality. Surya sets up a company named Surya Exports & Imports, he plans to grow his organized crime network all over India and begins to set up branch offices in all major cities, towns, and villages all over India. He starts collecting 2 percent from every contract made in the area, Surya helps Laalu to become the Mayor of Mumbai by defeating Arun Ghokle who works for Ghanapuleti Jai Dev. Arun Ghokle reveals Jai Dev’s all illegal works to Bhardwaj, after which he is killed by Jai Dev.
The Final Fight Between Surya and Jai Dev
After then Surya reveals to Chitra that he is an American Born Indian who came to India with his family, his parents were killed by Jai Dev. Surya shifts his attention towards the upcoming Indian parliament elections and meets Guru Govind Patel, the head of the opposition party through Laalu. He makes a deal with him and promises him that he will make the Prime Minister of India. Surya makes Jai Dev unable to contest in an election by revealing his Illegal Affairs after that Jai Dev Kidnaps Chitra. Surya fight with Jai Dev’s Henchmen, he gets injured, but eventually kills Jai Dev and saves Chitra.
