Story line of the film

Sir is all about a third-grade enthusiastic and dedicated youngster Bala Gangadhar Tilak, who choses teaching as profession out of passion and love. He joins a junior college as lecturer in Tirupathi. He then wins the hearts of his students as well as his colleague, a faculty’s role played by Samyuktha.
