Nithin starrer ‘Bheeshma’ has unveiled its first look. Two posters were released today on the eve of Deepavali festival. One poster features Nithin performing action stunts while the other is a romantic still. Nithin is seen in a stylish avatar while Rashmika Mandanna is looking damn beautiful in this romantic still.
Directed by Venky Kudumula of ‘Chalo’ fame, ‘Bheeshma’ is produced by Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainments banner. The film expected to releases on 21st February 2020.

Nithiin and Rashmika Mandanna starrer Bheeshma is currently being shot in exotic locations in Positano, Italy. The makers are canning a song in the location where the Bollywood film War was shot.
Nithiin and Rashmika paid tribute to Hrithik Roshan by grooving to the Ghungroo song in War. Apparently, Hrithik is impressed with the gesture of Bheeshma’s lead pair. The song, ‘Whattey Beauty’ turned heads for its amazing beat and its dance moves.
The much-awaited trailer was released yesterday (17 Feb 2020), reached more than 3M views within 24 hours. The 2 min of Bheeshma trailer shows Nithiin as a frustrated youngster named Bheeshma who is eager to find his lady love. The trailer started with a dialogue that said, “No one got down.” Eventually, he falls in love with Rashmika Mandanna’s character who happens to be an employee in his organic foods company. Sagar Mahathi has provided the music. Directed by Venky Kudumula, the trailer also promises that the movie has enough entertainment to offer.
Rashmika Mandhana is at the purple patch of her career, she is on a merry-go trip at the moment. Any movie she features becomes a superhit.
Bheeshma is again a romantic comedy film. Bheeshma cast includes Nithiin who is making a comeback to the big screen after an agonizingly long gap of 1.5 years, and of course Rashmika Mandhana. In the film, Nithiin’s character is that of a meme creator, while Rashmika is an employee at Bheeshma Organics.
Bheeshma is fed up with his single life and desperately needs a partner. His search ends when he meets Chaitra and almost instantly falls for her, something of the love at first sight kind of thing. In parallel to this love story, we get to see an intense rivalry between the owner of Bheeshma Organics and their competitor Jisshu Sengupta who owns a chemical company.
Venky Kudumula deserves all the appreciation in the world for his phenomenal direction. The opening half of the film is crisp and precise. The comedy quotient is specially taken care of by the makers. The intense dialogue exchange between the two rivals is easily the takeaway moment of the film. However the second half seems to be a bit lengthy and it is way too predictable, a little more thrill element could have done wonders.
The director very brilliantly emphasizes on the ill effects of chemicals and achieves success in delivering a social message as well. The love scene between Rashmika and Nithiin can be called as cute with loads of interruptions in between.
The film establishes itself as a romantic comedy and both the departments are taken good care of especially the comedy, the one-liners from the film are just exceptional.
The pre-release event of the film has been organized at the Yousufguda Police Grounds in Hyderabad on February 17 i.e today. Prominent screenwriter and director Trivikram Srinivas is the chief guest at the function. According to the reports, some celebs from the Telugu film industry have also graced this grand gala event.
