Multiple, familial homicide near London. A mass-killing at a mental institution. A mass-killing at a nightclub. An architect decapitated in front of his family. Do these seemingly unrelated events have a common cause? What is the secret of the mysterious puzzle box associated with these crimes? I, along with my esteemed colleague Dr. Tripps, are working with a Special FBI Taskforce on these cases. We were able to examine numerous autopsy reports, and have compiled the following complete listing of all of these "Hellraiser-ish" victims. We have been able to provide the victims' names and supposed method of death when the information was available. Hopefully, we can solve this puzzling series of murders.

Cause of Death: Skewered by hooks and pulled apart. This happened twice.
